Site possession was taken end August 2022 with a completion date being end February 2023.
The Warehouse consists of a steel portal frame structure with blockwork infill panels and vertical cladding above the blockwork.
Office space is a reinforced concrete frame and load bearing brickwork.
The roof has been designed to get maximum north sunlight exposure for future Solar PV panel installations.
The external features of the building are created with a number of varying material types from plastered and painted walls, to vertical cladding with profiled sheeting and Composite Timber Cladding.
