Sandown Square Phase 1 Office Park

Negotiations with Milnerton Estates to build new offices in Sandown, Table View were concluded in March 2017.

The development consisted of 7 free standing two and three storey office blocks, totaling 68 sectional title office units of 90m² each with common ablutions.

The structures include Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel Frames with brick infill consisting of a mix of face brick panels and plastered and painted brickwork.

Commencement of the project started September 2017 and completion was achieved October 2018 including 3700m² of Permeable Paving and Bonded Paving Car Parks and Landscaping to the office complex.
